CANCELLATION POLICY
Methods and Rules for Changing and Cancelling Orders Made on the Kedem Hotel’s Site
 
Changing an Order:
Orders may not be changed directly on the site. A customer who made an order and is interested in changing the order, shall do so via email or direct by telephone, provided that the change shall be made during the period when cancellation fees are required and through the following measures,

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of a reservation,  after said reservation was made through the website and following receipt  of  a confirmation from the Kedem Hotel, may be made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of 1981 (to be known as: "Consumer Protection Law" ) and any amended regulations enacted in the law. 
Any cancellation of a reservation needs to be made in writing using one of the following options: via an email sent to [email protected] or by calling the hotel's Reservation Center at 074-7001010 and subsequent receipt of written confirmation of the cancellation by the hotel's booking agent.
A cancellation made from the time of reservation up until 1 week prior to the arrival date will not be subject to a cancellation fee.  A cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the package cost.  A cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the package cost.
In the case of a non-show without any prior notification, the guest will be billed 100% of the first night's stay.
August, holidays and special occasions:  A cancellation made up to 14 business days from the time of booking will not be subject to a cancellation fee.  Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the entire package cost. A cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package cost.
 
Cancelling an Order:
A customer who made an order through the website, will receive a username and password on his confirmation order. Cancelling an order is possible through the home page, under the category “my orders folder” at the bottom section of the home page, where the customer will be required to enter in the appropriate place his use name (email address) and code he received together with the confirmation order. After entering the username and password, it will be possible to cancel the order by clicking on the “cancel” button, if the order meets the cancellation terms of the price list. Cancelling the order is contingent upon the termination policy defined in the bylaws. If the order does not meet the cancellation terms, and the cancel button does not appear in “my orders folder”, it can be cancelled by contacting the Hotel or the orders telephone center at 074-7001010 or by sending an email to: [email protected] 
 
Cancellation Methods:
It is possible to cancel an order made online by sending a “cancellation notice”; “Cancellation Notice” - notice sent by the customer in any of the following manners, which includes the customer’s name and identification number, and if the cancellation notice was provided orally, any additional details that were agreed to when making the order. A Cancellation Notice may be provided in any one of the following manners:
A. Orally - by calling the telephone number 074-7001010 or an oral notice at the business, whose address is 14 Ezra Landau, Tirat Hacarmel, Monaheim Park.
B. By email  [email protected] 
C. Internet -  through the “Orders Folder” Online
