Important Information
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Entrance to the spa is restricted to ages 16 and over
You are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment in order to take care of payment and to fill out a health declaration.
Unless otherwise indicated, all treatments are done while wearing underpants. Please arrive in dry clothing.
GENERAL RESTRICTIONS:
Not permitted for pregnant women after the 4th month (week 18))
Not permitted if you have undergone surgery within the previous three months
Not permitted if suffering from any muscular infections
AMENDMENTS/ CANCELLATIONS
There is no cancellation charge if made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled treatments
The appointment is amended to up to 12 hours following the original hour
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the appointed time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the treatment. 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any non-show with no previous notification.
